A. Return and exchange policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not as described we will arrange for the return at our own expense and promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
B. Non-issue returns (Change of mind)
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than an issue from our side (e.g., change of mind;) a return fee of 30 AED will apply. The said fee will cover the logistics and handling cost associated with processing your return.
C. Conditions of returns
§ Returns must be initiated within ( ) of days of receiving the product.
§ The product must be unused, in its original packaging
§ Products that come in sealed packaging cannot be exchange or refunded once the seal is broken unless they are damage or defective.
§ Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
§ For apparel and accessories, aside from the product being in iths original packaging the item must still be with the price/product tag.
§ For shoes it must be in its original box.
Refund Process

b. Provide a proof of purchase and details about the reason for your refund request. Along with a photo that would show the condition of the product/item.
c. Once all details are taken, our customer service team will guide you with the return process and will arrange a pick-up from your address to collect the product/item.
d. Once the product/item is received at our facility it will then be evaluated by our back-office team to verify its condition and will proceed with the replacement or refund.
Refund Terms
§ Online paid orders
Paid value for online orders will be refunded to the same payment method used (credit card, debit card). Refund will be process immediately after the assessment of our back-office team; However, it might take up to 14 days depending on your banks policy.
§ Purchases from other platforms (Amazon; Noon; etc..)
Refund will be based as per their refund policy.
