Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’re not vibin’ with your order, here’s how returns & refunds work:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
To start a return, email vibe@go-vita.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or defective products: we cover return shipping costs.
Change of mind: customer covers return shipping.
